This is a gorgeous, spacious, colonial home newly tastefully and fully furnished. It is only 3 1/2 blocks from Parque Central, and 1 block from the famous Calzada which is chuck full of restaurants, arts & crafts, performers, and interesting people. It is also a very short walk from other excellent restaurants and the market. Although centrally located it is a fairly quiet neighborhood (except for few weeks around Christmas when nowhere in Granada is quiet). Lake Nicaragua with its beautiful little islands, kayaking, boating, and bird watching is only about 20-25 minutes walk away.
